These terms govern use of the Baye3 service, operated by Cliqom (Doha, Qatar). This is an initial version and will be expanded before public availability.
Accounts
Baye3 is provided to businesses under a direct agreement with Cliqom. There is no public self-signup; accounts are provisioned by Cliqom.
Plans and guarantee
Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Paid plans carry a 90-day money-back guarantee, as described in your agreement.
Responsibilities
The Baye3 agent assists with sales conversations and bookings. The business remains responsible for the services it offers and the commitments it makes to its customers.
